How much does delivery cost?

*All our custom ordered blinds have the freight included into the total price when getting your online quote. Co-Ordinations are trying to make this purchasing process as easy as possible for you, so we include a straight up one off quote. We don't add on freight as you go through the payment process.

 

Do Co-Ordinations deliver Australia wide?

*Yes, We deliver to all Capital Cities, major towns and country areas throughout Australia.

 

How are my blinds delivered to me?

*Co-Ordinations uses TNT Courier Company to freight your blinds to you.

 

Can I track my order online?

*Once Co-Ordinations has sent your blinds with TNT Couriers we will notify you by e-mail of the consignment number so that you can track your blinds via TNT's website.

 

What if my blinds are damaged in transit?

*On arrival of your blinds, before signing the delivery receipt inspect that your blinds to see that there is no damage to the packaging and the blind. If you are not satisfied, please refuse the package and instruct the courier to return the goods. Please contact us immediately so we can arrange a claim. Once we receive the returned blinds we will rectify the damage and get the blinds back out to you as quick as possible. 

 

How long do my blinds take to be delivered?

*Co-Ordinations aims to have you blinds made and delivered between 10 -20 days. Under some circumstances, like out of stock fabric. Co-Ordinations will make and deliver your blinds immediately upon receiving out of stock goods. If there is going to be a delay in your order, Co-Ordinations will contact you    via e-mail.
