Warranty
*All blinds made by Co-Ordinations are covered by a 12 month warranty. This covers all the working parts and fixtures of the blind. Co-Ordinations cannot give any warranty on there fabrics, as they are not given by the respective suppliers. All our products are of the highest quality, and will work for years to come providing they are used with a proper manner.
Co-Ordinations warranty does not cover the following:
*Everyday wear and tear
*Misuse or abuse
*Exposure to the elements
*Incorrect installation of the blinds
If you have a claim please contact Co-Ordinations immediately so we can arrange a replacement or a repair. Co-Ordinations will require a copy of the purchase receipt for any claims. Co-Ordinations will not be held responsible for any freight to and from our factory for repairs and maintenance.
Cancellations or changes
Can I make changes to my order?
*Changes to your order are only possible if work has not commenced. Contact Co-Ordinations by e-mail or phone 1300 305 642. Changes will be accepted if work has not commenced. In an event that your order has began, Co-Ordinations will finish and post your original order.
Can I cancel my order?
*Cancellations will only be accepted if work has not began on your order. Contact Co-Ordinations by e-mail or phone 1300 305 642. In an event that work has began, Co-Ordinations will finish and post your order. If a cancellation is accepted by Co-Ordinations, we will refund the amount to your credit card.
Can I return my blinds?
*All our custom made blinds are made to the exact measurements that you supply. Co-Ordinations will not accept any returns due to incorrect measurements or colour selection. Check details and measurements before placing order.
